Design, Specification & Construction
We produce a bespoke layout and specification, selecting high-quality, insulated materials suited to year-round use. Once approved, our in-house team handles all aspects of the build — including base preparation, structural framing, weatherproofing, electrical wiring, and finishing. Most installations are completed within 10–15 working days.
Step 3/3
Final Handover & Aftercare
Upon completion, your garden room is fully operational — no follow-up trades required. We complete a full walkthrough, ensure all electrics and finishes meet our quality standards, and provide care guidance for long-term durability. Our builds are covered by a workmanship guarantee for total peace of mind.
